Lineus viridis - non-regenerating posterior fragment

Individual collected by Jon Noremburg at Nahant, MA as a posterior fragment. Two weeks after collection (image) there was no anterior blastema or any other indication of ongoing regeneration. Two full months after collection, the fragment was still alive without regenerating. Imaged under an Olympus MVX10 stereomicroscope using a SPOT camera; post-processed using Helicon Focus 5.3 and Adobe Photoshop CS2.
